Footprints are drawn to the same scale and show living area only; garages are additional. Floor plans are still being finalized with our designer, so layouts, square footage and features may change. Photos and finished floor plans will be posted as Home 1 is built.

Regal Sands sits on Wilkerson family land in Scott County. We are building it ourselves and will manage it ourselves, so the people who answer your call are the people who own your home.

How much will rent be?

Pricing will be set as Home 1 nears completion and announced to the interest list before leasing opens.

When can I move in?

Phase 1 is in planning now. We’ll share move-in dates with the interest list as soon as construction is scheduled.

Are the homes for sale?

No. Every home at Regal Sands is a rental, built to be owned and managed by us for the long term.

I’m a contractor. How do I bid?

We hire trade contractors directly for each phase, from foundation and framing to interior trades and finish work. Send us your company details and we’ll invite you to bid.
