We build, own and manage single-family rental homes. Our first community, Regal Sands, is 15 single-story homes on about 17 acres in Benton, Missouri.
Phase 1 is in planning now. Interest-list members hear about homes, pricing and move-in dates first.

We are the builder on every home. We hire local trades directly, buy the materials ourselves and walk each job, so we know what is behind every wall.

These homes are built to keep, not to sell. When you plan to own something for decades, you build it to last.
We manage
Residents deal directly with the owners. Maintenance and grounds are handled by our own family of companies, not a call center.
